Misti Cerra

DSC00110Misti Cerra was born in Kansas City, Missouri. She graduated from the Southwest Missouri State University in 2000 and the University of Kansas City, Missouri School of Law in 2009. During undergraduate school, Misti earned her minor in Spanish while studying abroad in Mexico City, Mexico.  Upon graduation in 2000, Misti worked as a Bilingual Victim Advocate in the Jackson County Prosecutors office and was a bilingual advocate at Rose Brooks Center, Domestic Violence Shelter. In law school, Misti participated in the Child & Family Services Clinic.  Her main field of practice is Immigration Law. She also handles municipal court matters, including traffic violations and general ordinance violations. She is fluent in Spanish and licensed to practice in Missouri.
